Wei Wei has 10 years of experience in corporate strategy and business process improvement in three continents: North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. She is currently working at the strategy & innovation department in Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where she is helping the organization to identify, evaluate and implement new & emerging technologies, programs and services that improve the quality of health care. Prior to it, she has spent 5 years working for Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Germany, where she served as project manager at the group board members’ office, worked on various strategic projects covering M&A, business restructuring, JV and poster-merger integration.

Wei holds a Master’s Degree of Business and Finance from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China.
