Guillermo Torres has more than 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry as a management and technology consultant. He has managed data analytics, systems and processes transformation projects for product development in the US and Spain. He has extensive experience in IT strategy and process improvement for Retail Banking focusing on Data analysis, Digital, Risk Regulatory Reporting and Anti Money Laundering. As a manager at AXIS CORPORATE USA, Guillermo oversees the consulting and IT delivery projects based out of the Boston office.
Guillermo holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), completing his Final Thesis at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) of Stockholm. He is currently in the process of obtaining a BS in Business Administration at the National Distance Education University (UNED).
