Bio

Ramesh co-founded Yaxa in 2015 to pioneer path breaking approach to Insider Threat Protection in Cyber Security. Ramesh is an accomplished leader who has led cross-functional and multi-location teams in developing and managing complex hi-tech products and executing multi-million dollar defense/government projects. Prior to Yaxa, Ramesh worked as Director of Platform Design and Software Engineering at Benu Networks (Series C funded startup) where he developed a highly scalable platform for WiFi Gateway. Before Benu, he worked at DRS Technologies (acquired by Finmeccanica S.p.A. in 2008) as Senior Manager heading his division’s software group, RiverDelta Networks (startup that developed DOCSIS Routers, acquired by Motorola in 2001 and now part of Arris) as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, and Digital Technology (acquired by Agilent Technologies in 2000) as team lead. Ramesh has deep knowledge of System Design, Computer Networking and Telecommunication Protocols, High Performance Cluster Computing (HPCC), and Machine Learning. He has co-authored 3 patents in related areas. Ramesh holds B.S. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, M.S. in Computer Science from University of Delaware, and Executive MBA from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
